United Way S.T.E.A.M. Workshop Event

United Way is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing resources to communities and neighborhoods in need. Aspire was bought out to Atlanta Technical College to guide youth ages 13-17 through a workshop which covered the basics of construction: architecture, engineering, building.

Faith in S.T.E.A.M. Youth Event

Christian S.T.E.A.M. is an organization dedicated to teaching the youth about the world around them through the lens of science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, and religion. Aspire assisted in hosting a workshop for children ages 9-17 where we taught them about the different roles and processes of constructing a building.

Maynard Jackson Job EXPO

Aspire attended a Career Fair at the request of our close friend, Guy Brown. At this expo, we spoke to dozens of high-school students about the differences between residential & commercial construction, how Aspire operates, and what careers are involved in the construction industry.

Autism Complete Educational Site Walkthrough

During Autism Complete project, Aspire reached out to Guy Brown to host a tour of the jobsite, in which high school the students spoke to Amber Lawson, Kambria Williams, Rahman Person, and Ayana Lawson about their role in the project, and their experience working in the construction industry.

ABC's of construction: community education event

This event hosted in partnership with the Atlanta Black Chambers brought together over a hundred people that were interested in construction & real-estate development. Two panels of construction professionals explained in detail the different stages of construction financing and scheduling, general contractor responsibilities and duties, and the nitty gritty of owning a construction company, and operating successful projects.

ATC Student Workshop: Big Little Tiny House

During Covid-19, while in the in-person world came to a halt, Aspire reached out to Atlanta Technical College to host their carpentry program. They worked with Michael Williams, CEO of MIC Construction to prepare the framing for a Tiny House.
